The postholder's job will be to lead on developing a robust and comprehensive communications strategy for the TESS-India project, working closely with the TESS-India Directorate and Open University International Development Office Marketing & Communications Specialist. He/She will also be responsible for identifying the most effective means of communication and media for the disparate project stakeholders and subsequently leading the TESS- India team in ensuring consistent and effective messaging and communication
