Yoga is an ancient physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in India. The word ‘yoga’ derives from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite, symbolizing the union of body and consciousness. British Council in Kolkata is hosting a special yoga session exclusively for members with yoga therapist Sujoy Das. Sujoy is a dedicated and experienced Yoga Therapist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Yoga Science. With almost seven years of professional experience in the field, he has honed his skills in both therapy and teaching, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. In addition to his work in India, Sujoy has also gained international experience by teaching yoga in Indonesia.

- The session is form 9.00 am to 10.00 am followed by light refreshments.
- Dress code - comfortable clothes for doing yoga.
- Please carry a hand towel and yoga mat
