Study UK Open Day at British Council, offers a unique platform for participants to explore educational opportunities in the United Kingdom by bringing over 20 UK universities under one roof. Participants will have opportunity to engage directly with university representatives, and gain insights into the application process, entry requirements ,scholarships, courses, visa application and other relevant aspects of student life at a UK institution.

What to expect?  

  • Direct Interaction with the universities: Participants will have the chance to meet representatives from top UK institutions, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of the academic programs, campus life, and entry requirements.
  • Personalised guidance on UK education: Expert counsellors will provide one-on-one consultations, offering advice on course selection, scholarships, and visa processes. 
  • Statement of purpose sessions: Two sessions on writing statements of purpose will be conducted. This document is not only valuable for UK applications but for any higher education applications throughout the world. 
  • Scholarship Opportunities: Information on available scholarships and financial aid will be shared, enabling participants to explore funding options that can make their UK education more accessible.
  • Global Career Prospects: Studying in the UK opens doors to international career opportunities. Participants will learn about the advantages of a UK degree and how it can give them a competitive edge in the global job market.

How to participate?

Eligibility: This session is for participants who are 16 years and above. Ideal for participants interested in applying for higher education, career changers or professionals seeking advanced programmes, guidance counsellors and educators.
