1. I want to know about the registration process for the PLAB exam.

You can register at https://www.gmc-uk.org/online. For more information kindly contact GMC at plab@gmc-uk.org

2. I want to know the venue and centre of the examination in my city.

You will receive the communication 2 weeks before the exam date.  If you haven’t received it by then, kindly reach out to us at BCEenquiries@britishcouncil.org

3. What documents do I need to carry to the exam?

You will need to bring your valid original Passport and a printout of the confirmation Letter 

4. Do I need to carry the stationery to the exam?

You should bring pencils, an eraser and a pencil sharpener.

5. Can I defer/reschedule my booking to a different date?

6. When will I get my results?

Your results will be available six weeks after you take the exam. GMC will send you an email to access your results in the 'My Tests' section of GMC Online

7. What should I do if I require adjustments to my exam due to a health need?

If you have an additional health need that may affect your exam performance, like Motor difficulties and impaired vision, Dyslexia, or Pregnancy, you should contact the GMC before booking the exam. If you have already booked an exam and require adjustments, you should contact GMC and the British Council as soon as possible.
