A certified Reiki master and Art of Living volunteer, he promotes holistic well-being and global collaboration while mentoring innovation-driven projects for sustainable development.

Gayatri Vartak Madkekar

Leeds Beckett University

A former top 100 badminton player, Gayatri recognized the mind’s role in sports, leading her to pursue an MSc in Sport Psychology (UK) and an MA in Psychology (India). With 10+ years in sport and performance psychology, she has impacted 10,000+ Indian players and coaches. Recently, she provided psychology support to athletes at the 2024 Olympics, 2022 Asian Games, and 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Founder and CEO of Eklavya India Foundation, Raju is expanding educational access for marginalized students. Leveraging his nomadic tribe experience, he cultivates leadership through awareness and mentoring. Since 2017, Eklavya has impacted 250,000+ students, secured 1,500+ top university admissions, and facilitated $5M+ in scholarships. He aims to establish an interdisciplinary university in central India.
