New Directions in English Language Assessment, South Asia conference is taking place on 21 and 22 February 2025 as an in-person event at India Habitat Centre, in New Delhi, India. This will be the first New Directions conference in South Asia.

The event includes two days of conference proceedings, thought-provoking plenary talks, engaging panel discussions, and focussed parallel and Spotlight sessions from a range of presenters on the themes of the conference.

Pass types

There are two pass types:

  • Full pass
  • Full pass + Networking dinner

The 'Full pass' provides access to all sessions in the main conference over two days on 21 and 22 February, excluding the networking dinner which will take place on Day 1 (21 February).

The 'Full pass + Networking dinner' provides access to all sessions in the main conference over two days on 21 and 22 February, including the networking dinner on the evening of 21 February 2025, Friday (Day 1 of the conference) at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

If you would like to attend the networking dinner, please select Full pass + networking dinner when registering to attend.

Please note:

  • If you are an accepted speaker, please wait until you receive a voucher code before registering
  • This conference will take place as an in-person event at India Habitat Centre, in New Delhi, India. There will be no simultaneous live streaming of the conference. To take part you must be able to travel to India
  • All conference proceedings will be conducted in English.
